Article 1 – Use of the Site

The use of www.ads-insight.com (“Site”) is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions described below. By accessing this Site, you declare to have read and accepted, without any reservation, these terms and conditions of use. The Site is managed by ADS Insight SPRL and registered with the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises under the number 08598489756, and having its registered office at Rue du Congrès 37-41 – 1000 Brussels – Belgium, the owner of this site.

The Site is hosted by OVH whose servers are located in Europe.

The Site is accessible without any guarantee. You use this one under your sole responsibility. It is the same for the sites linked to the Site.

Article 2 – Intellectual property

Both the Site, its content, and the entire materials and elements of the Site such as texts, interfaces, photographs, logotypes, fonts, motifs, databases, domain names, source codes, including the structure, the design, the expression, the general impression of the Site (hereinafter together referred to as “the Content”), are and remain the exclusive property of ADS Insight and are controlled by the company or the rights holders concerned .

Should any provision be judged in whole or in part invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the provision and the Terms of Use will not be affected and will remain in full force and effect. In case of dispute, only the courts of Brussels (Belgium) are competent.
