Prior to joining ADS, Tudor worked for a public affairs consultancy where he covered issues related to energy, transport, tourism and EU funding programmes. He also interned for the European Commission where he dealt with external trade, focusing mainly on sustainable development and the Directorate's relation with civil society. Furthermore, Tudor's experience includes an internship in the Public Affairs department of the Association of the European Rail Industry .

Tudor holds a Master in European Economic Studies from the Institute for European Studies (ULB) and a Bachelor in International Business from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. He is a native speaker of Romanian, is fluent in English and French and is currently studying Spanish.
