Timo is ADS Insight’s specialist for the EU's aviation, maritime and broader transport policies. He also covers various health-related issues, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and food and feed safety. In addition to this Timo assists Aida in managing the company.
Prior to joining ADS Insight Timo worked in the European Parliament, the regional headquarters of a German political party, and as political adviser in the Lower Saxon State Parliament. This has enabled him to gain extensive experience in party politics – a clear asset when dealing with the EU.
Having grown up in Germany, the United States and Ireland, Timo speaks German and English fluently. He also has a good knowledge of Spanish and notions of Dutch and French. Timo has a Master's degree from the Dublin European Institute in European Economic and Public Affairs, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics. He is also a fully licensed pilot.
