Rhiannon works mainly on transport policy, with a particular focus on maritime issues, as well as broader issues affecting all modes of transport, and extending to logistics. She is also deeply involved in education policy, including multilingualism.
Rhiannon joined ADS Insight from the European Intermodal Association where she worked on issues of intermodal transport such as the TEN-T network, the Eurovignette and Hinterland connections.
Having graduated from the University of Rennes I with a Masters in European Law, and previously from the University of Exeter with an LLB European with French Maitrise, her LLB degree included the study of both the French and the English legal systems, giving her a sound knowledge of both.
Rhiannon has lived in France and in Britain, and grew up in a bilingual environment. She also has a good knowledge of Spanish and is currently studying Russian.
